Warranty & warranty exclusions
We inspect all our devices before sale and make sure that all devices are graded as described.
Refurbished devices come with warranty from date of purchase
The period of the warranty switches between 3 months and 6 months, depending on device purchased, all details will be provided before purchase on the item listed.
The photos reflect real condition of device.
We test all our devices and make sure they are the same condition as described.
We encourage all our customers to inspect and test their devices at the time of delivery.
Please note that we will not cover any device under warranty if we find any damage of device, broken parts or any other kind of physical damage to the device.
Devices with removed or damaged warranty sticker will not be covered by the warranty.
Please contact us before sending the device to us for warranty repair.
Our warranty covers all manufacturer faults, not self-inflicted damage or distress to the device.
Accidental damage voids all warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage. etc. not be covered as this is physical damage to the device which could be caused by distress.
All batteries are tested before dispatch. Our warranty covers a defective battery but we will need to take the device into our workshop for testing for at least 24 hours to test if the battery is defective.
Any repair carried out by a third party voids the warranty!
We have a 14-day refund policy where if the customer is unhappy with their device, they have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. New devices must be returned unused in original sealed packaging. If device is activated and assigned with some sort of account, we cannot accept the device for refund.
If the device is an online order, we do not refund or cover postage costs.
Faulty devices must be returned within 14 days of purchase for direct exchange, after this time we reserve the right to repair the device.
Receipt of purchase MUST be always provided when sending a device back.
We will either choose to repair the product in-house or replace as necessary outside of the 14-day exchange policy. Your return will be given high priority, with most repairs and replacements being completed in approx. 1-3 working days.
The customer is responsible to pay return postage charges.
